As an Implementation Analyst I your primary responsibilities will be:

• Supporting external clients with implementing Gestal technical systems, software, hardware of solutions;
• Evaluate use cases and client needs to develop configurations that support business processes
• Define and executes delivery and implementation plans;
• Tests and troubleshoots final system set up;
• Provides training and end user support during and after the implementation;
• May be involved in pre-sales product demonstration or assist in scoping projects or developing proposals
• Managing, diagnosing, and resolving technical incidents that may occur in the installation, start-up, maintenance, and mechanical/electronical repair of Gestal & Jyga products
• Effectively documenting technical product bugs while working in collaboration with Quality Assurance and Research and Development to improve Jyga & Gestal products;
• Assisting clients in use of hardware and software components of the Gestal & Jyga products both remote or onsite;
• Capturing troubleshooting steps and techniques to contribute to Jyga knowledge management database;
• Actively participating in cross functional teams with Research and Development to contribute to the technological evolution of Gestal & Jyga products.

• DEC in agricultural studies and or equivalency relevant experience and accreditations are considered;
• Minimum ~2 years Agriculture background;
• Action-oriented, resourceful, collaborative, self-starter, and passionate about technology and the swine industry;
• Able to work within an agricultural environment up to 80% of the time;
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within North America;
• Valid drivers license and passport.

Nice to Have

• DEC in computer IT Technology Profile (Network Management, Infrastructure, Computer Support) or equivalency relevant experience and accreditations are considered;
• Additional Languages as our client base is global. (French, Spanish, German, Vietnamese, Chinese);
• Experience working in fast paced, evolving Technical Customer Service environment with proven technical troubleshooting skills, methods, and documentation techniques.
