Your day-to-day with us

  • Provide prompt and professional technical support to customers via phone, email, remote tools, and on-site visits
  • Perform RMA activities, including diagnostics, repair, testing, and documentation of returned equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electronic, and system-related issues
  • Support installation, commissioning, and start-up of JYGA equipment at customer sites
  • Train customers on equipment operation, basic troubleshooting, and best practices
  • Provide remote training on software, network connectivity, and mobile applications related to JYGA systems
  • Maintain accurate service and RMA records, including troubleshooting actions and resolutions
  • Identify recurring technical issues and escalate improvement opportunities to internal teams
  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and R&D teams as needed
  • Participate in regular team meetings and technical updates
  • Travel to customer sites when required (including overnight stays)

Your background

  • 2–5 years experience in technical service, RMA, maintenance, or field support
  • Experience with agricultural, livestock, or industrial equipment preferred
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical, electronic, and system troubleshooting
  • Customer-oriented mindset and good communication skills
  • Mandarin required; English intermediate preferred

🔹 Additional Job Details

Working Conditions:

  • Work schedule: 40 hours/week (5 days per week, 8-hour shifts).
  • On-call availability for urgent support.
  • Ability to work in swine farm environments, including barns and outdoor areas.

✈ Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional travel to swine farms for start-ups, troubleshooting, and training.
  • Some overnight stays may be required.
