RMA Technician - Vechta

With our continued expansion in Europe, we are looking for a motivatedRMA to help us better our Customer Support in Germany.

Electronics Repair and Maintenance 

• Repair used and defective systems
• Assemble and install electronic components
• Repair printed circuit boards originating from pig farms
• Perform maintenance and hardware repairs onGestalfeeding machines 
• Carry out equipment housing assembly and sub-assemblies

Customer Technical Support 

• Identifyand resolve basic technical issues 
• Create, document, and track tickets in the case management system
• Communicate with customers to keep them informed of progress
• Provide remoteassistance
• Ensure the maintenance and commissioning of internal IT equipment

• Education: electronics, electromechanics, or a related field
• Experience in electronics repair (an asset)
• Ability to diagnose hardware, software, and network issues
• Strong communicationskills, including English (written and spoken) 
• Strong documentation and case-tracking discipline
• Knowledge of the agricultural field orGestalequipment (an asset)
