Sales Representative - Germany

With our continued expansion in Europe, we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help us grow our presence in Germany.

As a sales representative in Germany

You’ll be at the forefront of swine tech innovation, building meaningful relationships with forward-thinking farmers and agricultural professionals. You will:

• Grow and maintain a customer portfolio within your territory (focus: swine sector)
• Provide technical and consultative sales support to farmers, vets, integrators, and agricultural advisors
• Understand farm layouts and advise on product placement and animal welfare optimization
• Attend regional swine industry events and exhibitions
• Benchmark the market and build strong intelligence on competitors
• Collaborate with our Canadian HQ and European support teams
• Ensure rigorous pipeline tracking and after-sales support

• Degree or equivalent experience in agribusiness, agricultural technology, or animal science.
• Experience in B2B sales or technical service within the swine sector (feed, genetics, equipment, or software).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with both farmers and technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within Germany (and occasionally in Europe).
• German fluency required; English proficiency preferred.
• Autonomous, pragmatic, and customer-focused personality.
