Your day-to-day with us

As a Territory Representative, you will play a key role in growing JYGA’s presence across the Southwest United States by promoting GESTAL, our smart feeding technology designed specifically for the swine industry.

GESTAL helps producers improve feed efficiency, animal performance, and overall farm management through data-driven insights. Your role is to bring this innovation directly to the field.

What you will do

  • Identify and connect with potential customers across your territory

  • Build strong relationships with swine producers, integrators, and industry partners

  • Present GESTAL technology and demonstrate how it improves farm performance

  • Support the full sales cycle from first contact to closing deals

  • Maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and consistent follow-ups

  • Use CRM tools to track opportunities and customer interactions

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments

  • Collaborate with your colleagues to develop proposals and sales strategies

  • Contribute to your territory’s annual sales and growth plan

On the field

  • Travel within your territory to meet producers and understand their operations

  • Lead on-farm onboarding and training for new GESTAL users

  • Support existing customers to ensure they get the most out of the technology

  • Provide occasional support outside regular hours when needed
