Your day-to-day with us

The Technical Support Analyst level 1 will be responsible for working within a global team as a first line of support that focuses on troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware technical issues for all products. Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Providing fast, efficient, and courteous basic technical customer support in relation to all Gestal & Jyga products and their use within the agriculture feeding cycle.
  • Providing basic technical customer support via Phone, Chat and Email.
  • Effectively documenting and prioritizing all support interactions and details within our ticketing system.
  • Addressing and responding to customer inquiries on products and services including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Managing diagnosing and resolving basic technical incidents that may occurin the installation, start-up, maintenance, and mechanical/electronical repair ofproducts.
  • Effectively identify technical issues within the IT technical support organization.
  • Assisting clients in use of hardware and software components of the Gestal & Jyga products.
  • Providing remote technical support in both reactive and proactive technical situations.

Your background

  • 1-3 years of experience working in a fast-paced technical customer support environment.
  • Passionate about customer service, problem solving and technology.
  • Action-oriented, resourceful, collaborative, has a strong attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, components, prior experience working with Microsoft applications, TeamViewer
  • Bilingual, French/English
  • Ability to work onsite at Jyga Technologies up to ~90% of schedule time.
