JYGA Technologies currently has an opening for a position overseeing Minnesota, Wisconsin and surrounding areas. JYGA has a rich history of innovation in precision feeding solutions for swine producers. Due to rapid growth and product demand, there is opportunity to expand the US team.

Your day-to-day with us

We're looking for someone to help us drive business growth and boost our market presence in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and nearby areas. With a solid foundation of around 100,000 sows in our region, you'll play a key role in supporting our amazing customers and building even stronger relationships!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Networking & Sales: Meet potential clients by growing your network and turning those connections into real sales opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong ties within your market to keep a steady flow of opportunities coming in.
  • Client Connections: Identify and connect with key decision-makers in potential client organizations.
  • Hands-On Support: Provide on-farm training and after-sales support for our Gestal customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with our U.S. team to plan strategies and create proposals that really speak to our clients' needs.
  • Brand Visibility: Represent Gestal at swine industry conferences and trade shows.
  • Research & Data: Help out with data collection and support research on our feeding systems when needed.

Your background

  • Experience: At least 3 years in the swine industry, preferably with a focus on sow production.
  • Sales Savvy: A solid track record in sales or business development in the livestock field.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Great Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-Friendly: Proficient in Microsoft Office and leveraging ERP/CRM systems to streamline quoting processes and other sales data efficiently.
  • Self-Starter: Able to work from a home office, ideally located within a reasonable driving distance of most of your territory.
  • Travel-Ready: Willing to travel regularly (up to 50% of your time) and support other regions as needed.
